Our story began at secondary school, where we first met and quickly discovered a shared passion for hospitality, good food and bringing people together around the table.

Since then, we've built restaurants, organised intimate wine evenings and managed private dining concepts, spending more than twenty-five years learning what truly makes people feel welcome.

Life also took us in different directions for a while. Carlo followed another creative passion as a tattoo artist for several years, but the kitchen was never far away. Cooking remained his first love, and returning to it has always felt less like a career change and more like coming home.
